We met this sweet little girl when she was 10 months old. I am so thankful that my cousin moved here with her three kids 6 years ago because I have been able to watch them grow. We celebrated Cheli’s birthday this past Sunday. We have not spoiled Cheli like we used to and we needed to remedy the situation. We all had so much fun watching her in full Princess mode!
